i was pleased with the complimentary bikes provided. i also appreciated the filtered water available on every floor and the glass bottles provided, this kept me hydrated. the front desk offered great hike recommendations and i found the valet service to be swift when i needed my car.
the room lacked modern air conditioning. a small domestic heater was brought in at 1 am.

I was impressed with the hotel's dedication to art. hallways displayed interesting pieces. the complimentary french press coffee delivered each morning was a lovely touch. also, the e-bikes were available for exploring the area. I rode to stanley park and enjoyed the seawall.

this hotel is close to many cafes, it's easy to walk or cycle to stanley park. the room was spacious. i liked the free wine tasting each afternoon. e-bikes are free and provided a good way to see places.
the air conditioning in my room was noisy. it was hard to sleep because of that noise. casting to the tv wasn't available.
